DraftEdge Fantasy Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 03, 2026
Etlon Technological Solutions, LLC ("us", "we", "our", or "Company") operates the DraftEdge fantasy football draft tool at fantasy.draftedge.com and all subdomains and related services thereof (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We use your data solely to provide and improve the Service. You acknowledge that your use of the Service is at your sole risk, and we bear no responsibility or accountability for any data-related issues, losses, or outcomes.
Your DraftEdge account and subscription are managed on draftedge.com, and the same account gives you access to this Service. Data associated with your account is therefore also governed by the DraftEdge Privacy Policy.
We Do Not Sell Your Data
We have never sold your personal data, and we never will. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or hand it over to data brokers, advertising networks, or any other company that wants it for their own purposes. There is no version of our business that depends on selling you, and no price at which we would change that.
We also do not share your personal data so that someone else can market to you, and we do not build or sell profiles of you for advertising.
To be precise about the only ways your data reaches anyone else, all of which are described in full below:
- Companies working for us: a small number of vendors process data on our behalf so the Service can function, for example our payment processors, our analytics provider, and the AI provider behind the Draft Coach. They act on our instructions, may only use the data to perform that job for us, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. That is not a sale.
- When you ask us to: for example when you connect a league from another platform.
- When the law requires it: as set out under Disclosure of Data.
- A sale of the business itself: if the Company is ever merged, acquired, or its assets sold, user data would transfer as part of that business, which is standard and is disclosed under Disclosure of Data. This is the one circumstance in which your data could change hands, and it is a transfer of the whole company, not a sale of you to a third party. We would give notice before it happened.
Aggregated or anonymized data, which cannot be used to identify you, is not personal data and is not covered by the commitment above.
Information Collection and Use
We collect several types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service.
Types of Data Collected
Personal Data
When you register on the Service, subscribe to premium features, or interact with us, we may collect personally identifiable information ("Personal Data") such as:
- Name
- Email address
- Any other information you voluntarily provide during registration, profile creation, or use of features such as draft rooms, custom cheat sheets, mock drafts, or the AI Draft Coach.
We do not collect, store, or process credit card data or any payment card information. All payment processing, including subscriptions and one-time purchases, is handled directly by third-party payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal. These providers manage all billing information securely on their platforms. We receive only confirmation of payment status and transaction details (e.g., subscription ID) necessary to provide access to premium features. You are solely responsible for managing, updating, or changing your payment information directly through Stripe or PayPal to avoid service disruption, failed renewals, or loss of access. We cannot access, update, or change your credit card or payment information, and we bear no responsibility or accountability for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect payment details.
Usage Data
We collect information on how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"), including:
- IP address
- Browser type and version
- Pages visited, time and date of visits, time spent on pages
- Unique device identifiers
- Diagnostic data
- Interaction with features, such as searches, player rankings viewed, drafts created, or tool usage
Draft and Cheat Sheet Data
The Service stores the content you create in it so that it is there when you return. This includes your drafts and the picks made in them, your custom cheat sheets and the order, tiers, targets, and notes within them, your league settings, and your questions to and answers from the AI Draft Coach. You can delete this content from within the Service.
Tracking & Cookies Data
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (e.g., beacons, tags, scripts) to track activity on our Service and hold certain information. Cookies are files with small amounts of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. We use cookies to:
- Optimize performance
- Improve user experience
- Remember preferences, settings, and login information
- Analyze how you interact with the Service
Examples of cookies we use:
- Session Cookies: To operate our Service.
- Preference Cookies: To remember your preferences and settings.
- Security Cookies: For security purposes.
- Analytics Cookies: To gather aggregated data on usage.
You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Service. You are solely responsible for managing your cookie settings, and we are not accountable for any limitations or issues arising from your choices.
We use third-party services like Google Analytics to monitor and analyze the use of our Service. Google Analytics collects and processes data about your activities on our Service, which may include tracking across other sites or apps. Google's practices are governed by their own privacy policy (available at https://policies.google.com/privacy). We are not accountable for third-party practices.
League Connections (Sleeper, ESPN, and Yahoo)
The Service can connect to a fantasy league you already have on a third-party platform so that your league, roster, and draft can be imported. Connecting is always optional, and the Service works without it.
Depending on the platform, connecting may require:
- Sleeper: your Sleeper username or league ID, which we use to read publicly available league and roster data.
- ESPN: your league ID for a public league. For a private league, you may choose to paste your ESPN authentication cookies (espn_s2 and SWID), which we store in encrypted form and use only to read that league on your behalf.
- Yahoo: an authorization token issued by Yahoo when you approve the connection, which we store in encrypted form and use only to read your league data. We never receive your Yahoo password.
We use these credentials solely to read the league data you asked us to import. We do not use them to post, trade, drop, or make any change to your team on those platforms, and we do not share them with anyone. You can disconnect a platform at any time from within the Service, which deletes the stored credentials. Your use of Sleeper, ESPN, and Yahoo remains governed by those companies' own terms and privacy policies, and we are not accountable for their practices.
Use of Data
We use the collected data for various purposes:
- To provide and maintain the Service
- To notify you about changes to our Service
- To allow you to participate in interactive features
- To provide customer support
- To gather analysis or valuable information to improve the Service
- To monitor usage of the Service
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues
- To process subscriptions and payments (via third-party providers only)
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your Personal Data. See We Do Not Sell Your Data above for the full commitment and the only circumstances in which your data reaches anyone else. All use is at our discretion, and we bear no accountability for any outcomes from data use.
Disclosure of Data
We may disclose your Personal Data in the following situations:
- Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before transfer, but we are not accountable for the transferee's practices.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your Personal Data if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency). We may also disclose if we believe it necessary to protect our rights, property, safety, or that of our users or the public.
- Service Providers: We may share data with third-party vendors (e.g., payment processors like Stripe and PayPal, analytics providers, and the AI provider that powers the Draft Coach) to facilitate the Service. These parties are obligated to use your data only for our purposes and are bound by confidentiality, but we are not accountable for their actions. For payments, we share only necessary information (e.g., email, subscription details) with Stripe or PayPal; no credit card data is shared as it is entered directly on their platforms.
- With Your Consent: We may disclose with your explicit consent.
We do not otherwise disclose your Personal Data to third parties. However, aggregated or anonymized data may be shared without restriction.
Security of Data
The security of your data is important to us, but no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means (e.g., encryption, firewalls, secure socket layer technology) to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You transmit data at your own risk, and we bear no responsibility or accountability for any breach, loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of data.
Your Data Protection Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your Personal Data:
- Access, update, or delete the information we have on you
- Rectification of inaccurate data
- Objection to processing
- Restriction of processing
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent
To exercise these rights, contact us at admin@draftedge.com or through our contact page. We may require verification of your identity. Note that we may retain certain data for legal or administrative purposes. We are not accountable for any delays or denials in processing requests.
If you are in the EEA, you have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Deleting Your Data
You may delete all of your data at any time, for any reason, without asking our permission. This right is not conditional on your account being in good standing, on any subscription being active, or on you giving a reason.
You can do it yourself from inside the Service: open the More tab and choose Reset app data. This permanently erases your drafts and picks, your custom cheat sheets and the tiers, targets, and notes in them, your league connections and the stored credentials behind them, your remaining Draft Coach tokens, and your account itself, from the device you are using and from our servers.
If you would rather we did it for you, or you cannot reach the app, ask us through our contact page or at admin@draftedge.com and we will delete it for you.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, so export or note anything you want to keep first. After deletion we may retain a limited record where the law requires it, for example a payment or tax record, and backups may hold residual copies for a short period before they age out. We will not use retained records for any purpose other than the legal obligation that required keeping them.
Children's Privacy
Our Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from Children. If we become aware of such collection, we will take steps to delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your Child has provided us with Personal Data, contact us. We are not accountable for any unauthorized use by minors.
International Transfers
Your information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers. We take steps to ensure adequate protection, but we bear no accountability for international data handling.
Links to Other Sites
Our Service may contain links to other sites not operated by us. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility or accountability for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services, including Stripe, PayPal, Sleeper, ESPN, and Yahoo.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time in our sole discretion. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page, with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we may provide additional notice via email or on the Service. Changes are effective immediately upon posting, except material changes take effect 30 days after notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance. You are solely responsible for reviewing this Privacy Policy periodically.
Cross-Reference to Terms of Service and Disclaimer
This Privacy Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service and any disclaimers provided on the Service, which further outline limitations on liability, no guarantees, and user responsibilities. In case of conflict, the Terms of Service prevail.
