Mobile Applications
This policy also covers the DraftEdge mobile applications for iOS and Android, published by Etlon Technological Solutions, LLC. The apps work differently from the website, and where the two disagree, this section governs the apps.
No account, and no personal details. The apps have no registration and no sign-in. They never ask for your name, your email address, or your phone number, and they never receive them. The sections of this policy describing registration, account creation, and personal data provided at sign-up apply to the website only.
A device licence instead of an account. The first time you open the app it generates a random identifier for your device and registers it with our servers. That identifier is how your work is recognised when you come back. It is not linked to your Apple Account or Google Account, and it tells us nothing about who you are.
What we store. Your drafts and the picks in them, your cheat sheets with their order, tiers, targets and notes, your league settings, and your questions to and answers from the AI Draft Coach. All of it is stored against your device licence so it is still there next time you open the app. It is private to your device. Nothing you create is shown to other users, published, or ranked on any leaderboard.
We do not track you in the apps. The apps contain no advertising, no attribution software, and no third-party analytics software. We do not link data from the apps with third-party data for advertising, and we do not share it with data brokers. This is why the iOS app never asks for App Tracking Transparency permission: there is nothing it would be asking permission for. The analytics and cookies described elsewhere in this policy apply to our website, not to the apps.
Purchases. Packs of AI Draft Coach questions are bought through Apple on iOS and through Google on Android. The store handles the payment; we never see your card number, billing address, or store account details. We receive a signed confirmation of the purchase and store the transaction identifier and which pack it was, so we can add the questions to your balance and make sure the same purchase is never credited twice. The sections describing Stripe and PayPal apply to website subscriptions, not to app purchases.
Linking Sleeper is optional, and is not a sign-in. It accepts a public Sleeper username only. There is no password, no OAuth, and no access to your Sleeper account, so there are no credentials for us to store. We read your league settings and draft picks from Sleeper's public API, and we write nothing back to Sleeper.
The AI Draft Coach. When you ask the Coach a question, the context needed to answer it - the players on the board, your roster, and your league settings - is sent to our AI provider, which returns the advice. It is processed on our instructions to answer your question and for no other purpose, and it carries no name, email address, or device identifier, because we do not hold one.
Permissions. The iOS app requests no permissions of any kind. It does not ask for location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, notifications, or tracking.
Deleting everything. In the app, tap Settings, then Reset app data, then confirm with Delete everything. This permanently erases your device licence and everything stored under it - every draft and pick, every cheat sheet with its tiers, targets and notes, your league connections, your Coach questions and answers, and your remaining Coach questions - from our servers immediately. It cannot be undone, and it is the equivalent of account deletion for an app that has no accounts. If you have already uninstalled the app, write to support@draftedge.com.
